JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITY

1. Answer customer calls, assist in completing customer orders
2. Answer customer queries over the phone
3. Make outbound calls as needed
4. Produce sales through phone call
5. Handle other daily activities as a team member in busy hours

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum HSC or Equivalent

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. 1 to 3 years on relevant field
2. Freshers can also apply

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Age 20 to 35 year(s)
2. Male and Female both can apply
3. Good interpersonal skill
4. Computer Literacy is must
5. Good typing speed in both Bengali & English
6. Fluency in both Bengali & English
7. A valid motorcycle driving license will be added advantage.

OTHER BENEFITS

1. Office Time: 11 AM to 8:00 PM
   02. Weekly 6 days (Saturday to Thursday)

SALARY RANGE

4,000 – 16,000

DELIVERY & SUPPLY CHAIN ASSOCIATE (VACANCIES- 04)

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITY

1. Collect delivery instruction from Logistics/Despatch management team
2. Communicate and Deliver consignment to customers at agreed address
3. Maintain the professional standards in delivery understanding that they carry company values
4. Regularly maintain contacts/communication with logistics
5. Maintain accounts statement.
6. Protect the goods during delivery
7. Maintain customer complaints (if any) in right order
