Refunds, Returns and Exchanges always best tries to display best products and try most effetely to delivery products. Product refund, return and exchanges, depending on our return, exchange, refund policy.

We provide 3 days return policy. If you decide return products, you returned within a period of 3 days from the delivery date. And you have four valid reasons to return products:

  1. Wrong products (Wrong color, Size) delivery.
  2. Product with major quality defects.
  3. Product with missing parts delivery.
  4. Incorrect product description on website.

When you have valid reasons to return products, you need to proof of purchase (order number, Invoice number, etc) and you must include the product must be,

  1. Intact, unworn, unwashed and without any defect.
  2. Product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  3. Product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging or box.
  4. If product was delivered in a second layer of deshshop pack, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping form. Customer is advised not to put any tape or stickers or write on the manufacturer’s box.

Deshshop reserve the right to reject the claim, if product is returned to us in an inadequate condition.

Refund Payment:

Product eligible for a refund only two reasons,

  1. If customer cancel the product.
  2. If we are not able to fulfill the order.

If the customer already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund. If the refund amount is below Tk 500, the refund amount will be disbursed through bKash account of the customer.

NB: We may cancel any order within 4 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.
